Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta (however, not American Express). All credit/debit card details go through the secure SAGE PAY site. You can also pay by PayPal if you wish. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as ‘Becky Bloom’. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, you can place an order as normal, but select cheque during the checkout process. Upon placing the order, you should send a cheque or postal order as directed. United Kingdom cheques only please. Allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods dispatched. We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

Delivery
Once we have received your order and payment, please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order (subject to availability). If unfortunately an item is out of stock, we will notify you of a delay and will dispatch it as soon as it arrives. You will not be charged for the items that are not in stock. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on weight and will be displayed to you before you are asked for payment.
All prices quoted in the shopping basket for carriage are for UK Mainland only (includes Isle of Wight)
Please note that Royal Mail postage can take up to a maximum of 15 working days to arrive. Royal Mail only class parcels as missing after 15 working days from the date they were sent.
We are unable to offer a delivery/shipping to the Channel Islands and other overseas destinations.

Gift Vouchers
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). For the personal touch Gift Vouchers can be printed by yourself and given as a gift. Therefore can be used as a traditional voucher if you prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items. Or it can be posted back to us if placing your order by phone or by post. Valid for 12 months only from the date of issue.

Description of goods
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of publication. All sizes are approximate. Some of our items are hand made so there may be slight variations. Care has been taken to ensure that the colours on the website correspond as close as possible to the original item. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations caused by different computer systems. All prices and descriptions supersede any previous publications. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is correct, Becky Bloom cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
Customer Support & Service
Our No.1 priority is our customer service to you. If for any reason you have a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
Our normal office hours are 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. An answerphone operates when we are unable to get to the phone or if we are out of the office and also outside of opening hours, so please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can. Alternatively you can email us anytime using the Contact Us link.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order (once approved by us), for any reason, up to the point of dispatch. Please email us if this is your wish. Any payment made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us within 24hours of delivery via email or phone.
For any damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage reported ater 24hours of receipt.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us via email or phone within 7 working days from the day the item was delivered, stating that you wish to return an item.
We will be happy to refund you for the item price and the original postage charge for that item. You are required to pay for the return postage. We do not refund return postage.
You may have a full refund or exchange, if items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt.
Please note we do not give exchanges or refunds on items returned to us after 14 days of receipt.
When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchange items, for special orders that you have personally requested.
With the exception of faulty items or error on our part, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds cannot be made until the goods have been received. Refunds can take up to 30 days.
Promotions & Corporate Discounts
Where a promotion / corporate discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
Privacy Policy
We know how important your privacy is to you, and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998). So please rest assured that Becky Bloom will not share any of your personal information as we have a legal obligation to protect your details.
The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties.
