Once we have received your order and payment, please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order (subject to availability). If unfortunately an item is out of stock, we will notify you of a delay and will dispatch it as soon as it arrives. You will not be charged for the items that are not in stock.
All prices quoted for carriage in the shopping basket are for UK mainland only. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on weight and will be displayed to you before you are asked for payment.
Please note that Royal Mail postage can take up to a maximum of 15 working days to arrive. Royal Mail only class parcels as missing after 15 working days from the date they were sent.
We are unable to offer delivery/shipping to the Channel Islands and other overseas destinations.
You may wish to collect your order in person. Please email or phone in advance to allow us time to get your order ready for you.
